Change Phone to Ring instead of Intercom
Steps for changing intercom call settings: Ring Mode
To set your phone to ringing operation
- Press speaker phone button
- Dial 723, you will hear conformation tones and see “signaling” in your display.
- Press the speaker phone button to hang up.
- Now when a co-worker calls you, your phone will ring, you will know which co-worker is calling and you and you can lift the handset to speak with them.

To set your phone to hands-free operation
- Press speaker phone button
- Dial 721, you will hear confirmation tones and see “voice call” in your display.
- Press the speaker phone button to hang up.
- Now when a co-worker calls you, your phone will beep and will automatically enable your speaker phone so you can simply speak back to them hands-free.
